Out of town property owners needing work done in a weekend

Hi Your plumber came and fixed our tap today. He first tried fixing it without the need for new parts, then new washers which required a trip to merchant and then a new tap was required.
While we discussed leaving this to next week so as not to interfere to much more with his weekend plans he got the tap and came back and installed it.
It was very good of him to do it today.
It’s the second time he has been to our place while we have been here and we are very impressed with his careful approach and his service ethic.

I have used Tasman Bay Plumbing four times recently and have found them very helpful, friendly, professional and they offer practical advice on fixing problems. On the occasion that I needed a solar water collector fixed urgently they came very quickly even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. Did one job in St Arnaud and arranged to fit it in with other work to reduce travel costs. Recommend them

The property is about 7.8 hectares in size and comprises of over 10 buildings some of which are rather old. This site draws it water supply mainly from an onsite bore where it is sent round the site in galv pipelines…the bore water has an accelerated rusting effect which to the lease when prime took this over has the site water supply in a poor state.
